One of my favorite things to prepare are these flavorful meatballs!
They are super versatile in how you use them. You can eat them as is, or you can add them to spaghetti sauce (or almost any sauce, really), soups, salads, potatoes, and anything else you can think of! As for me, I like them just fine on a cushion of spaghetti squash. They freeze really well, so I like to make them in bulk and save them for later. A great freezer meal option!
