Hi there! Thank you for your interest in my recipes! I’ve designed them specifically for bariatric patients, each one being low carb, and packed full of as many nutrients possible because I opt for whole foods and real ingredients whenever possible!
I don’t believe in only one diet being the right diet for everyone, so I have included in this list recipes that fall under the category of keto, LCHF, Atkins, Paleo, Whole30, etc. But always, always low carb!
